My ipod

I need help with my ipod. My computer won't allow me to download itunes all the way, and when I try to use Windows Media Player, my ipod says its synchronizing but no new music shows up on it. I don't know what to download now. And everytime I try and download itunes it says I need a service package 2 or later. But you have to buy that, and I didn't have to do none of this on my friend's computer.(which I do not live with anymore so I cannot use her computer) Can someone please help me?

I don't get it, you mean you can't download the itunes?

you don't have to enter your e-mail adress, just press download itunes free, and press 'save' not 'open'
