My ipod seems broken

My ipod seem's broken because evrytime I plug it in to the charger it say's please wait your battery is very low And I left it plugged in all night what do I do is my Ipod Broken?

I'd say that your charger is broken.
Your iPod is switching on and working, right?
So that can't be broken.
Or the little place where you put the charger inside your iPod has been damaged.
I'd go to the place you got it from, if it was Carphone Warehouse or something I'm sure they'll check it out.

If it's not holding a charge, the first thing I'd do is check the cable and the outlet. If you're charging by USB, try a different port.

It could be the battery, in which case you'll need to contact Apple.

try ipodjuice.com. they have these battery kits that help you open up your ipod and replace the batteyr. they come highly recommended all over the web and I used them too when my ipod mini battery died. I'd defenately suggest you try it out = they have vids on their sites showing you how it's done as well.
