*pulls out weather chart, and laser-pointer *
You see...
There's a cold front, moving through your head. As the ridge of high pressure moves Eastward, it draws moisture from the Gulf. This combination of cold air from the North, and warm, moist air from the South, will generate some decent cloud cover, and maybe a few showers and storms.
Now for sports...

it could be from not eating enough.

I ate a lot before I went to bed last night though.
umm... I don't know GO TO THE DOCTOR!!!
sounds to me like you might have clowdy head syndrome... not good at all.

Different country... different humor... different weather report...
hmmm..it's obviously hard to pinpoint exactly since I cant FEEL exactly what you're describing, but I often feel clowdy headed and really warm faced. This could be a result of social anxiety, and you should probably go to your doctor and get it checked out.
If it's a one time thing you're probably just over tired, but if it continues you should get medical help to prevent it in the future :]
Sounds like SAD ( seasonal affective disorder) that is from lack of sunlight. Some people get headaches and feel weird when high and low pressure or fronts pass. There is a syndrome that is identified, but I cannot remember the name of it. Don't worry you sound normal, try a latte' or some coffee should clear it up or if you have pain try ibuprofen. If it is SAD then see your doctor and he can give you some medication.

Why does my head feel cloudy?
