My hairs still falling out so much,and my period is 2 months late

my hair is falling out SO MUCH, and because it's light, it shines under the sun on my stupd uniform!!
and my period is late! I've been PMSing for 2 weeks now, and I didn't get it yet!
I don't like being sad and angry all the time! if my period doesn't...

come I will stay sad and angry all the time...
luckily, mum's away and I'm feeling so bad, so I have no one to talk to :'(
I cry everyday before I sleep :'( please help me someone... :'(

hair loss and late period is a sign of malnutrition, you need to eat a whole lot more. x
