My hair won't stay brown

so I naturally have dark brown hair but a few years ago I had it blonde and ever since I went back to brown it would fade back to blond and I’ve dyed it brown so many times how do it keep the dye in? whats the best shampoo to keep it in

maybe hair dye alittle longer on your hair.

After you dye your hair, try some aveda shampoo and conditioner. They have a certain kind thats dye/keep your hair a certain color. You should go research it. It worked or me!

the shampoo conceals the color

I had the same problem, my hairs naturally blonde but I had it dyed brown for a short while, around 4months or something but after a week or 2 weeks my blonde would start to show through, its because the colour sits in your hair folicles, and clearly you still have blonde in those foilcles, so give it time and eventually they will be full of brown (I really cant explain without getting all tecnical using the proper terms!) and it will last, get a conditioner that prolongs the lasting of the colour! The blonde hasnt grown off yet, it does a lot of damage bleaching darker brown hair.
