what ever you do ... Do not try to die it back with another box color this will only damage your hair and could make it fall out. First of all the pigment in the die so the tone was probably a Ash color. Never ever use a ash tone because this is what causes the orange brass color. Next before you do anything try to put a hair mask on and leave it in for double the amount it says on the box this will repair your hair enough so it can be dyed again. Next try to call a salon it can be a really cheap one like great clips they actually do a decent job. Consult them about the coloring job and tell them everything. You will need your hair color to be striped out and then redyed. You may not be able to go to a light color because of all the damage. I suggest going with your hair unwashed it will be easier to die and could make a huge difference. Next time go to salon first it will be way cheaper and it will save you so much time and money anyways good luck
