My hair emo/scene

I'm getting my hair done!

Would t look emo/scene
If I get it fringed over my left eye with
Layers in the rest of my hair while dying
The tips of the fringe crazy red and the tips of my hair crazy red?

P.s. I have long dark brown hair with reddish streaks in it and I might dye it black or should I dye it dark brown?
