Should I tell the stylist she ruined my hair?

I just go my curly hair cut now it is really shor not bald but about an inch long and the lady who did it was new I go 2 the place all the time an know that she was definetly new she kinda srewed it up and it sucks really bad should I tell her or just let it grow out

its just hair. it grows back really quick.

if you are not that upset, but you are sure you didn't want your hair so short or whatever, I WOULD have told her immediately... simply.. not the way I wanted it, I wanted more of a (whatever) look, pay your money, no tip, and leave.
