ok my girl is mad at me because I cudnt be able to see her on valentines but like in da mornin I gave sent her roses a teddy bear and some chocolates and then like later on around 4 or 5 o' clock she was waitin to come and see me and I couldnt and then...

First, if you made her wait for nothing then you gotta apologize. It would have been better to tell her in advance so she wouldn't be disappointed. She probably had her hopes high for a romantic evening and you standing her up must have been hurtful so know you know why she's angry.
After apologizing, I think you should make it up to her best you can...plan a romantic evening, make her supper with candles and nice music and giver her something special like pretty necklace or something you've made (pictures of you and her a photo album).
Last but not least, be understanding about how she feels and just tell her that you feel really bad about it but that you love her to death. She'll come around if you take the time to talk to her. Valentine's day is more about being with the person you love then sending them flowers (though that was very considerate and cute and she should definitely say thank-you!). Also try to find a solution so that in the future she doesn't wait around for you for nothing even if it ain't valentines (just don't make the date if you can't hold it!).

Ok, first why weret you able to come? Because I think that bein with the one you love is more important than anything. Work, thats kinda hard to miss but as soon as you got off you should have came and saw her. She wanted you to prove that your the best she can have.

It's only Valentine's day. Tell her to get over it. You had to do something called work while your car was being worked on and you didn't have a ride. You can't really get any better excuses than that. She'll get over it.
