My girl has a self esteem problem

My girl is beautiful,has a sexy body, and is very smart but she has a self esteem problem. We go shopping together and she tries on stuff and looks good but she say's she's fat or she's ugly and stuff like that and she's only 116 lbs. How should I put an end to this problem?

tell her that she doesnt and make her feel good and that you would never want her to change the way she looks to you.

She has to be the one to believe she is beautiful,but you are doing the right things like complimenting her,encouraging her etc,you are a loving boyfriend keep reassuring her,and never critize her,just love her,also get her to get her hair done ,pamper herself,get her books about building up self esteem,and helping other people builds your self esteem up,also she is not alone a lot of people suffer with low esteem,best wishes
