Talk about it. Tell her what you've told us. There is no way to make things work if you guys don't talk about how you are feeling and what you need. To be fair, I wouldn't come out and say hey, you're not giving me enough head because that would just be hurtful. I'd be gentle and tell her in other words like you said I feel bad asking you because maybe you aren't in the mood but I have the impression you won't do it if I don't ask you. And ask her about how it makes her feel (maybe she feels dirty or bad?), does she really like it (is it fun for her? are you clean?), is she afraid she's isn't good at it, etc. Also, ask yourself if you are giving her pleasure too. It can be frustrating if she gives you sexual pleasure but you don't give her any (ex.: are you eating her out, giving her orgasms by fingering or stimulating her clitoris?) All these things need to be discussed about together to have a great sex life :-)
