Is it bad that I don't have a boyfriend?

all my friends have boyfriends and they all go to the movies as a group they say I cant go because I dont have a boyfriend so I feel awful and I dont really know what to do about it..

You need some new friends. That is the most idiotic thing I have ever heard. Friends are friends and you should be able to be around them whether they have a boyfriend or not. I know for a fact when one of them falls out of their relationship they will be right back with you trying to hang out and expect your support, celebrate being single, you're young and you can flirt with whomever you'd like. But seriously, don't put up with it. I would just show up to one of the movies alone or with another single girlfriend, so you can prove that single girls can go to the movies just fine without a guy.

talk to your friends and tell them how when they dont inculde you it makes you feel awfull if they dont listen they are not your friends

Yes, friends do not ostracize anybody because of this. You will have b/f when it is the right time for you.

All my friends were having sex and boyfriends by age 14. I held out until I was 16 and you'd think those two years were the longest and lonliest ever. I didn't think I would ever get it for myself.

you shouldnt feel awful at all. Just take it as this. Your single and you can do whatever you want. They have to worry about where their boyfriends are and what their doing. You can enjoy yourself and also check out the hotties. HAHAH they can't.. SUX for them doesnt it...

Meet new friends! Thats crazy! I hang out with my single friends and if they were real friends they would want you to go with them! You'll meet a guy when its right! just talk to them if that dont work make some new friends

well maybe if you look at it both ways one side..maybe they are not trully your friends and on the other side..maybe they are trying to make you look for your personal mate. it hurts to hear that your friends could do that to you but you know that in life friends are not all they say they are and then for a boyfriend..well its nothing to be all worried about you know. in time love will come. just enjoy life the way it is and if they dont want you to go to the movies with them then go without them and if they see you just tell them you wanted to watch the movie..not them
