If she is a true friend then she won't 'not be your friend' just because you say no to not having her baby.
There is a lot to go through when having someone else's baby and it is a huge decision. You have every right to say no even though she may be a little upset.
There's not much you can do apart from saying no, unless you want to go through with it all.
I hope it all goes well.
Good luck

DO NOT TAKE THE BABY IF YOU DON'T FEEL LIKE YOU ARE READY! if you realy want to be a mother to this child then you can take it if you want, but this is a serius thing to get into and if you don't want to then you really shouldn't do it. it would be unfair to the baby to have a mother who dosn't want it. how would you feel if that had hapened to you. only take the baby if you feel like you are ready to handle the responsibility of taking care of a child. it is a mayjor lifestyle change and you shouldn't do it if you don't want to. if you decide not to, then you should tell you friend that you arn't ready to have that resposibility and you are not going to take it. tell her that she needs to figure out what to do with the baby and you can help her raise it, but you are not going to take it.
This is her responsibility not YOURS. Please understand that this a consequence of her having sex. A baby IS a huge responsibility. If she can not handle it, then she needs to talk to someone and get HELP. There are options for her- (adoption).
Like the others users said, if she was your friend, she would not be trying to dump her problems on you. She needs to deal with this the right way. And that does not mean guilting people to take her baby so that she does not have to deal the responsibilities. She needs to talk to someone about this right away.
