How to get my clingy friend to chill out?

hi, I've got a friend and shes really clingy, when im on msn she always says o ring me and she does it every timee, andshes always inviting me onto cam, and ringing me I get 5-10 missed calls from her if I dont pick up my mobile she rings my house phone and bothers my family, if I dont answer my phone she rings my other friends and shes always texting me and asking me to come out with her to places, and what im trying to say is that shes really clingy and I hate people that are clingy to me
PLEASE HELP SHES ANNOYING ME ... hold on I got a call from her right now

well the best thing you can do is tell her. stop avoiding her sneakily and let her know that you need your space and if she continues then let her go until she gets the point
