My friend is pregnant

My 10 year old friend is pregnant and she has only told me I feel arkward.I just look at her and feel wierd because she is only ten and she is going to have a abortion. I am totally against abortions. But then again I don't know if she's lying. She told me she shagged a boy but I really wanted to laugh but it is not funny so please get back to me and give me some advice I really need some.

tell her she should use protection and not f*ck people... if you want to laugh make sure no1s around!!! its mean but if you need 2

does she have her period if not there no way she could b prego :]

anyway, do YOU think your friend is telling porkys? you know her...

if you doubt her, then it is going to really test your friendship, but then do you want a friendship with someone who lies about such matters?

if it's the truth, then it's a very very sad state to be in, isn't it?

I would be inclined to ask her how she is going to do this without her parents knowledge? I mean, surgery is one thing at 14 and a totally different matter at 10...they are still considered very muc a minor at that age...

I can't offer any useful adivce...all I would say is 'time will tell'...don't do anything either way at the moment..just be her friend, support her, but in the back of your mind know that the may be a possibility that she is a little girl who's desperate for attention...that way, you won't feel so annoyed and betrayed if it is a lie. if it's the truth you have shown true friendship...

it's not two faced, we all at some stage think our friends may be exagerating for effect.. and it's sad, but its what they need right then...

tread carefully, do ask her though who she slept with, what her parents say, how she feels...not inerogate her, but if she starts slipping up on answers or tries to dismiss the questions I would be a little bit 'suspicious' but I would also remind her that as her friend, she should trust you, which, if you are a good friends, she will...

10 years old? Wow...that's messed up. She's probably lying. If not, she has some issues to be doing that stuff at 10...that's kinda pathetic.

if she ovulates first and then has sex she can be
ovulation happens first and then the lining sheds and she has her period
so she can be pregnant and have started her period and not even know it
the point though is that 10 is extreemly young
she shouldnt even be thinking about having sex'

I would suggest talk to her mum about this
if shes going to be having sex this young she at least needs to know what shes doing
she needs to know about prengancy, birth control, std/stis and contracpetion

there really no reason why a little girl would lie about something like this

honestly, you never know. only some children would mess around and make up stuff about themselves, otehrtimes you dont know. something couldaa happened that it could be true. and about the whole gettin your period thing? I got mine when I was going to be 10 but it sounds really awkward so.. keep us updated.
