if Alex's penis went into your friend, you friend is no longer a virgin. what I don't get is why she's so upset? if she felt that she was ready, then there is nothing to fear, unless she is a christian - and believes in saving herself till marriage. but then main reason why it probably hurt was because she was scared of the thought, so she was tensed, making her tight, making it hurt! why not try comforting her by advising her to give it a second try (if she likes) but this time include fore play (so shes more relaxed) and maybe use some lube!!
