my friend is 12 she was raped and now she thinks she is pregnant I am like her right hand girl so to say and she keeps asking me what she should do I dont know I need help

Tell her she needs to take a pregnancy test.
And did she see who raped her? If so, she should tell the cops.

Nevermind my previous statment about the cops, she should tell them wheather she saw her rapist or not.
