What if you thought you met your soul mate?

What if you thought you met your soul mate, but things go drastically wrong with your relationship?when it was great it was great, now its horrible.we clash,like butting heads on what I want verses what he wants.neither giving in.could he be my soul mate? Our personality is so similar it creates a problem.

I particulary don't believe in soul mates. Sometimes it's healthy for a relationship to have disagreements, but if neither of you are giving in or coming to a conclusion to one of these disagreements, you could just be having poor communication. I wouldn't rule out that he isn't "the one" yet, but if you are unhappy and you are being treated like you shouldn't then you need to ask yourself if the relationship is really worth all the drama. maybe you can work on your communication skills. if you guys don't want the same things, then maybe it's time to part ways =)

everyone butts heads once in a while. But consider how yur life would be without him, if its a sincere unbearable feeling then you might have found him. I found my soulmate but we're just friends

I thought I had found my soul mate once 2. we have dated twice and now we are just friends. who knows he might still b my soul mate and we could possibly get back together later in life. but if you arent getting along you should just break up and who knows what will happen in the future
