My face hurts, help me please

It feels like someone is standing on the area around my right eye. I have had no trauma to it. the pain just started. does anyone know what this is and will it go away???

Could be a migraine.

I've never had that before whats the best way to get it to stop?

Just take a couple of Panadols or whatever over-the-counter painkillers you usually use and rest your eyes. Is something troubling you (Distress causes migraines sometimes)? Or have you been using your eyes heavily (reading, staring at the monitor screen all day, or even been under hot glaring sun with no head protection)?

Sounds like it could be linked to your sinuses.
