um do you have a mustache?? I think grow your hair out.. give your self kinda the shaggy weave look.. doesnt have to be like super long like maybe three inches.. and if you do have acne.. try nutrogena.. and make sure the ingreidants have benzol peroxicide.. but no more than 4 % try to get less if possible b/c too much will give you major dry skin and it will peel.. lol.. be like sand paper.. or bad sun burn.. and mosturizers.. use lots of that.. who cares if your a guy and not gay b/c lots of gay guys are HOT!!! my boyfriends pretty sexy but see he's really ripped.. so maybe work out if you dont already do lol.. though I wish you had more pics. show us sum more pics of you is possible.. lol.
