My ex had an abortion an broke up with me

A little over a month ago me and my ex girlfriend found out she was pregnant. About two weeks go by and she gets more and more distant from me, so basically she ends up getting an abortion and breaks up with me she tells me the whole thing turned her off an she doesnt feel the same way about me anymore. I was totally crushed the things is we were only together a little over a month which is why I dont know why im taking it so hard. Dont get me wrong she made me so happy, happier than anyone I've ever been with I really thought we were going to last. Also she still wants to talk to me which makes it harder to get over her, but at the same time its hard to stop talking to her. I dont know if theres hope of getting back together in the future, but id like some advice as to what to do.

Sound like she need space . why so soon that what I don't understand . Mayb there someone else who caught her eyes but to be together lil over a month and have a abortion like ya moving to fast take it slow and don't rush or say anything to her that gona make her feel you not hearing her out . So my point is chill out and b a friend nothing more unless she say so then more then likely she come around.

I've been in a similar situation, although we remained together afterward, nothing was ever the same, We broke up eventually and I still do get calls from her now and then. I think a good reason for her still talking to you is that you shared something very traumatic together, and you will always have that between you, but trust me, if your experience is in any way the same as mine, you guys will never have a healthy relationship again, I would suggest just moving on, you can continue to talk to her, but I wouldn't even advise that, it will only make it harder for you to get over her. Here I am 2 years after the relationship and I still get calls from the girl I had a similar experience with, and lets just say I'm not the better for it.

1 month, and she dumped you... I highly doubt she'll want you back. You need to give a relationship a lot more than 1 month to start getting sexual. She made a bad decision, and regrets what happened, and she doesnt want to go back.
