What does my ex mean by this message?

Can someone please explain to me what my ex boyfriend meant by this message. Is he over me...and trying to move on. because he does have a girlfriend...whom he went out with two weeks after we broke up. He also seems pretty serious with her....

But if thats not the case then I gues you must be reading this... right? Well yeah I don't know if you even care what I have to tell you or if you don't but... dude it's just I have been going through some weird things lately that I honestly can't explain and no one would believe and somehow it all ends back with you...I don't know what this nightmares/dreams are but they just keep on getting you back in my head...and well not only that but I guess that what im supposed to do is say sorry, sorry for everything I did, sorry for everytime I hurt you, sorry for every tear you cried and that I didn't wipe, sorry for all those times sorry for basically everything I did...and well you must be over me by know and living your life 100 times better than when you were with me...but yeah you don't have to reply and well I don't really think you will...but I just want you to know I will never ever forget you Amanda my first everything, my bamboo, weirdo, Dona, and every thing else =) well have a good life and please take care of yourself...

Well he is telling you it's over...and do yourself a favour do not have contact with him. He needs to move on and I think this is his way of saying that. I'm sure you had your hands full with him...he is very dramatic. So move on and don't reply.

yeah I know exactly how you feel. im sorry all these stupid adults are just telling you to move on..I know its hard. and ofcourse you should mov eon but you need mroe comfort than that. one thing I can tell you for sure, is that when something is done..its really one. its very hard moving on. I was just crying about my ex. its really hard. but you have to put yourself on a road. whats behind you is behind you. remember that you can only look back but never go back. your life is ahead, and I promise its ganna be beautiful. your ganna find a better guy, not this A hole. and guys are jerks. I promise he will always care, and im sure he still loves you. but sometimes, people simply have to let go. and believe me I feel your pain. you should be good by the eight month. love grows but it also becomes less painful.
