Trying researching dog pregnencies, you can probably find out easily.
Send a Funmail magichalo1...she raises Boston Terriers, and ask her...for a second litter the labor time should be less...however the number of times she tied with the male, might also have something to do with the number of pups...Also, if it was a different male than the sire of the first litter, fertility of the male might be also be a problem.

My neighbors dog had 17 puppies, she was in and out of labor for almost two days. It's possible there are more puppies, but it's also possible she's finished. Feel for movement.

I have a boston terrier that had a litter of pups last year for the first time...she had 7 pups. today she went into labor and only had 2 pups but she was bigger with this litter than the last is it possiable she has more inside and will go into labor again
