First of all, usually when I am depressed, I listen to music that talks about how I feel. But really, just find fun things to do.. ask your family if they will leave you alone for about a few hours, then just do what you want. It sometimes works for me so I hope that it will work for you...
I know how you feel..I used to cut and I used to do all that...its horrible for you. it really is. there is no real solution to this problem. I actually went and started seeing a counsler. she really helped me get through so much. when I get really upset and I cant talk to her I draw and paint while listening to some really good music. you just need to find your outlet...I.e. something that gets all your frustrations out. wether it is drawing listening to music, writing in a journal, or anything else you can think of. the problem is your just sitting and thinking about it. you need to take your mind off it and do something else
I usualy write or take your ipod and go on a walk somewhere less populated if possible. or do both. thats when I have wrote most of my best poetry is when I am upset, listening to music perched on some dock or bank somewhere unfamiliar. It always made me feel better. then I am impressed with my writing and feel good about something I have done
Dispite the content is rather depressing its still filled with raw emotion and deep meaning. most of all, try to stay thankful

there are 2 tipes
1-st is depresing music (if your girlfriend/boyfriend leaved you the basshunter-now you are gone is the best music to listen to)
2-and is fun stuff to do...listen to happy music..(I dont like it)
or you can take a bath or if the sky is clear I usualy go out and lay on gras---big grass
o and if you lie on the grass ...dont be nair ants
Go to a doctor and get help for the smoking-drug problem. A good counselor and drug treatment program can make you a lot happier.

My depression is acting up again
so I've been fine the past couple of weeks, but right now I'm just straight up pissed and depressed. I want to make this all go away so I can go back to how I was. Right now I just want everyone in my house to leave so I can get wasted and smoke. How can I stop feeling this?
