My daughter is almost 12 sore breasts

My daughter has sore breasts is this common in puberty or should I be more concerned?

you shouldn't be concerned, it's common in puberty for breast tenderness to happen;;juss like when you get a period, your breasts feel tender. it's all apart of her becoming a young lady !! I started puberty when I was 11..so you def have nothing to worry about. happy

It is common in puberty, tenderness and slight swollenness, mainly because of fluctuating hormones and breasts getting bigger.

Now is the ideal time to get her some bio-oil to put on her breasts to make sure that she doesn't end up with stretch marks from growing.

Also she'll benefit from exercise and a good bra, (a proper fitting sports bra is perfect if it is sore all the time)

As old as I am, I can still remember how sore my little boobies were, when puberty first hit. Perfectly normal.
