Your Dad "the adult" should have known better...shame on him!... How's the relationship with Mom? If you can talk to her, you should but it will be awkward...she may not believe you... If Dad did it once he may do it again and Mom will find out...I don't envy you in this...has Dad apologized? Just remember our parents are not perfect and make mistakes...
Simply a Rose to brighten your day,
And maybe lessen the cares in your way;
And also, too, to help you to know,
That in knowing you, many others grow!
Welcome to Fun Advice!
Well, I guess I have to go against the grain. I don't think YOU should tell your mom. If you do and it causes problems in the family then you will always be the one who is considered the "bad guy" who broke up the family.
Better off would be for you to talk with your dad about it and request that he come clean about it with your mom. Don't threaten him, just explain that that is the honest thing to do.
If he doesn't tell her, then simply forget about it. If it is his first infidelity then it isn't worth possibly breaking up the family over, and if it's not his first then your mom probably already knows about his flings and she would be much happier thinking that YOU didn't know about them.
