Should I tell my older cousin that I like her?

ok I posted a question like this before but it didn't show and I am confused so please forget it if you saw it :P

OK my prob is that I like my 16yearold cousin a LOT and I am 13.
we have grown up together and are close friends and a few years ago I started liking her but I
didn't really pay much attention to it
now I REALLY like her (REALLLLLLLLLYYYYYYY LIKKKKKEEEEEE HERRRR)
but I dunno what she thinks about me
I have given her little hints that I like her and I THINK she gave me some but I'm not really sure about that. We have always been able to tell each other almost anything and talk about a lot
but I'm not sure what she will think about this and I don't want her to over react or something.
I have thought of a few things I could do
and they are: email/msn her telling her that I like her, phone her and tell her, next time I see her I kiss her and see what happens from there, just come out and SAY it lol
and a few others but I dun feel like typing more xD

please tell me what you think and if you can help me

Do you actually think ya'll would go out or something? that is a honest question not meant to sound rude. I've kind of had the same problem but im a girl and my cousin was half a year younger than me. I just don't think I liked him as much as you like her from what it sound like. Well, for us, he wasn't exactually f**g handsome but it seemed like he always had a girlfriend and we were 2nd cousins by marraige and we grew up together since we were 10 and we're now 15 (at the time we were 14). And it was obvious that he liked me (and I mean a LLOOTT) simply because he told me all the time and called me sexy so..yeah. I didn't "go out" with him though because we were cousins and I think he finally realized that I didn't like him. so when his love for me wore off, thats when I started to like him. yeah its pretty crazy. I think I ended up liking him later on because he finally "matured" and I realized how "cute" he was. oh well. hope I helped message me if you want.

if your cousins by marraige then I wouldnt see any problem with that and I dont see a problem with you to being actual related cousins either..but if you do end up with her and get married or something plan on addopting because there are problems that come with interbreeding families trust me I know ; )

ya we are related by blood but I don't really want to "go out" with her or anything I just want her to know and hopefully she will feel the same
also I am 13 but in terms of how I look act and feel I am 16 lol(and thats not just me saying that almost everyone I know tells me a am REALLY mature for my age)

I hope that she is your cousin by marriage and she is 3 years older than you
