used to be like this when we first got together. He says that he loves me for who i am, but how would he know the real me when i cant even express myself. We have been together a year and almost two months, and i really do love and would never leave him for the world, but it gets so hard sometimes and i really do want to. He has tried to get help on the internet for his problem but he hasnt got anywhere! I cant eat, sleep or concentrate on anything because i am always worried that he is mad at me or something. I cant even walk with my head up during school because he thinks that i am looking at guys! I would never ever look at another guy. He always wants me to be mean to a guy when he says hi or hows it going, and mean isnt me at all. We always have these really long talks and then make up, but then it just gets back to were it was a week ago. He doesnt even like it when i hug my little brother or spend time with him, and HE IS FIVE YEARS OLD!!! He gets mad when i listen to music or watch tv because he thinks that i will like those guys! OH MY GOSH!!!!! What are the chances that i will ever see those people agian. He also has this BIG problem with me seeing guys with their shirts off at track meets or things like this...so he makes me always put my head down. I could probably go on but all i can do is cry. Please help me, I really dont want to lose him, but i want my old boyfriend back, the way he used to be!

Sounds like he is very insecure about himself and your love for him. It probably has more to do with him than you. Only you can decide how much you are willing to put up with. If you love him enough maybe there is a way to talk to him about everything and get him to realize that you do love him and wouldn't cheat. If he can't get over this then you have to decide whether you want to be with someone who doesn't trust you.

Try and get him to talk to others about his problem.

He is just very insecure about himself, and doesn't know how to deal with it. It seems as if he is just afraid that you will find some one better. But if he makes you that unhappy maybe you shouldn't be with him, because life is too short to spend it crying over one guy. Just move on even though it will be extremely hard. you can do it!!!!!!!!!

alright, so.. this is obviously a problem and i'm sure it sucks but try and make him feel like he's the only guy you care about. let him know that no one else is there for you but him, you shouldn't have to put up with things like this.. because you are probably only in high school, so.. it would just be dumb to give up everything for someone who isn't making you happy. so, i suggest let him know how much he means to you but that he needs to give you a break, or simply do so.. break it off. i hope things get better for you. good luck!
