Are my breasts hurting because they're growing?

im 13 years old and my breasts hurt ...? I dont know why ?? and also they feel sort of hard aswell ? help ???

im 6"1 and I always have pain in my legs and back and arms almost anywhere, and ussually that means theyre growing, so I think they are growing

these are the symptoms that you get when you are going throygh puberty. Sounds to me that you might start your period soon, most female's get tender breasts either before or during their breasts and they can be a little painful.

If you notice anything likea a bump in your breasts I would sugget you get it checked out by the doctor, or if your pain is severe or if you have anything thats worrying you then again get it checked out by your doctor to be on thesafe side.
