You can't change the size of your breasts, you get what nature gives you.
You can however buy padded bras, wear bras with underwire, or pushup bras (a girls bestfriend!)

The only way to see a dramatic change is surgery... although I wouldn't recommend it! Like mandyloo said, padded and pushups and perfect for a tiny chest. :-D

You are 13 and still have 6-8 years of growing to do. Your boob size is mostly genetically determined.
You can maximize the potential by eating healthy.
