My boyfriend thinks I'm shy

my boyfriend and I dont talk much anymore.. he thinks im to shy and that he's the one that starts every conversation.. and its truee! I am shy and that makes me so mad!
I dont know what to talk about when im with him.. he's so great and I really dont want to loose him. im afraid that if I say something stupid he just might leave me and I really dont want that, but if I stop talking to him it Could be worst!! IM SO CONFUSED!!!

you need to stop overanalyzing everything you say
he's with you for a reason... everytime you think about him leaving think about it logically...
he likes you, that includes your flaw, quirks and all the rest of the negatives, that is why he is dating you...
let him get to know you a bit better...
would you leave him over a stupid statement? no... so why would he leave you?
you need to calm down and just be yourself...
