What should I get my boyfriend for his birthday?

My boy friend birthday is coming up and I dont know what to get him,I ask him and he says not to worry myself too much it wouldnt bother him if I didnt get him anything or do anything.But I think that's crap,do you think so too and should what can I get him?

My boyfriend always told me not to worry about a gift, but I think that's code for "I have no idea what I want, or what I could ask from you". I took it that way and bought him something that I had heard him talking about for a long time. And I made him a cake.
He was very happy.
Maybe you could try thinking of something he would want, if you can't think of anything, there are always giftcards.
