My boyfriend is moving. :[

today my boyfriend is moving. only like 2 hours away but its still really far. im used to seeing him everyday now we might not even be able so see eachother once a month. I think were going to try the long distance thing. Will it work? Im just so upset :[

It will be a test of the heart....yes it could work if the love is there....lots of e-mails...phone calls...AIMs and the build up to a visit once a month should be ok...again...its a test for both of you...long distance relationship are only what the two put into them.

my boyfriend and me are in a long distance relationship rite now too... we leave about two hours away from each other too. but he comes home every weekend to visit me and be with me. if you really care for each other and you are both willing to make it work you will have no problem making the relationship work. you guys are only two hours away so it isn't that long of a drive from each other. if you have to you can meet each other half. like in a townt that is in the middle of you too.

If you two have a deep enough commitment to one another and are willing to do anything to stay together, this relationship should have a good chance of working. I am also in a long distance relationship, although we're about 6 hours apart, so being only 2 hours apart would seem like almost nothing to us. Just have faith in your relationship, and keep the lines of communication open. Talk on the phone a lot; it helps to make you feel not so far apart.

Distance makes the heart grow fonder but not seeing each other once a month? ...I wouldn't be able to handle that at all but that's why there's phone calls. True love lasts a life time, have faith.
