My boyfriend is in jail, what should I do

MY BOYFRIEND GOT LOCKED UP ABOUT AMONTH AGO, AND HE IS OR WAS SUPOSE TO GET OUT THIS SUNDAY,BUT WHEN I WENT TO GO CHECK UP ON HIM THEY HAD ANOTHER CHARGE: FORGERY. I HOPE HE GETS OUT SOON,CAUSE I REALLY DO MISS HIM. PLEASE HELP ME OUT AND TELL ME what TO DO ASAP!

Personally I would stick by him, because if the shoe was on the other foot, you would want someone to be there for you. Mine has been locked up for 16 and a half months, and he comes home next month, im sure that we will be married, and have children, because the love is truly there. No one says you cant still go on bout you buisness, but its always good to have love and support for the one you love...

look mine is too and has been 4 7months now... its the hardest thing ever just stay faithful. its hard but I believe when they come home they will be the perfect guys we adore... I dont know your guy but iknow mine this is hard for them tooo!!! mail is so important everytime you get a chance write it brightens there day dranatically!!!

I say you stick with him. If you love him an dont feel like you can make it without him then stick with him. Really just rethink your relationship and remember all the positive and negative and if it was mostly positive and your think your strong enough to stay then stay. Its not ging to be easy because im going thru the same thing but you just got to pray sweetheart.

Well, I cant tell it is not easy. And no matter what people say, they cant feel as you do. I know it, cause I used to say the same crap untill I met my man. Unfortunately I had met him a moth befor he has been locked. It is 14 moths now. And I dont regret. But I would lie to you if isaid it is simple. Because It is not! It is the most complicated thing in my life. There is no one to talk to about it because people look down on you. When someone is in jail- it means he's a devil and you should be afraid of him. This is a truth, this is how people say. And it will never change. Only you and his famile know how he is. I found my man a wonderful person. The only problem is- he's in jail. And sometimes I sit on my bed and think - am I right? what to do? should I stay with him? should I be afraid? Its human that you are afraid. And you should face the problem. And I dont know. Honestly I miss him so much that I dont even feel it. Its sad but I always try to look ahead and think about future. The most important thing is for him to understand that it affects not only his own life. Lets hope our boys will understand that and will never do that again. Because than, I would not trust again. And well, I decided to risk and stay with him. Do what you feel... And you know, sometimes I wonder why other guys cant be as good to me as he is weird how it works. Good luck everyone!

I had a fiance we had been together 5 years I got arrested (out on bail though and looking at 18mths jail)and three months before we were supposed to get marrried she left me, I lost everything I had... my business,house,car,bank accounts, credit cards frozen. but none hurt more then when she told me she couldnt do it anymore. all I can say is be supportive stick it out, they know they did wrong and there serving there punishment dont punish them more, not if you really love them

hey my boyfriends locked up too... and I never thought I would be the stupid girl wasting my time waiting but a am! personily what I do is just keep busy and focus on my life shool,work,ect hoping to build a foundation for us to live on when he gets out, because he would do the same for me! in my case I have no communication with him besides writting letters, he cant have visiters or phone calls and beleive it or not its easier that way... distance yourself, but not to much.. still be there for him, but give yourself a break... I think you will find it a little less stressful!
