the truth of the matter is that every guy needs to get off. they are not like us, we want it, they NEED it. if you love him, or even like him understand that you are to young to give him what he needs, dont feel like you have to give him anything or do something your not okay with. just tell him that you dont want to hear about it and leave it at that! He may find it a good form of stress relief, be bored or just really like the sensation. The only time you should ever let it worry you is if you feel he puts doing that before you (e.g. he spends all him time doing it, and so talks/ sees you less because of it). It is a perfectly natural thing to do and he probably does it as you turn him on when he thinks about you. It is good you two are not rushing into anything sexual together yet, just carry on as you are until you both feel ready to do anything else, and hopefully until you are of the age of consent, if you can wait until then.

Be happy he is honest about it and maybe try doing the same for yourself (as your other post says) to reassure yourself it does not affect your relationship, and is just a natural thing that feels nice.
