My boyfriend hates my stepdad and my ex..help!!

hey yal!...umm well my title pretty much says it all...my stepdad hits me, and I told my boyfriend of this and now he hates my stepdad and wants to kick his ass...I defenetly know that he could...but yea I don't want there to be confliction between the two of them and my stepdad and the rest of my family and I. I still have to spend 4 more years here before I can leave and move out of here so I still get to put up with my stepdad for that long . oh and also I have one more problem...my ex lives across the street from me, and he constantly hits on me and annoys me and it makes my boyfriend very jealous. My boyfriend is a very strong guy..and my ex...well thats a different story. I know that my boyfriend could kick his ass easily. But I don't want him to because I still have to live next door to him and go to school with him and stuff for 4 more years til I move. Even though my ex bugs the hell out of me and hits on me all the time and insults me and stuff uno...I still dont want my boyfriend to beat him up. Do you understand?....

Does your mom know?
If she does and isn't doing anything about it, thats as bad as the actual abuse. If she doesn't know you need to tell her.

Get as much evidence as you can. (hidden camera is awesome... but thats also hard to pull off)

If you have any bruises or injuries go to the hospital. No matter how small and let them know it was abuse. they will take pictures and contact the authorities.

You should not tolerate being abused just to maintain the status quo. You need to get the authorities involved immediately.

As for the ex, I say let your boyfriend handle him. If you tell him to leave you be and he won't then obviously he needs someone more..."persuasive" to deliver the message. Don't let yourself stay a victim just to avoid conflict. People will be walking all over you for the rest of your life.
