There is a boy who I really like but we aren't dating, as friends we have been fighting a lot. I said I was sorry but I don't know what he wants from me. But also my best friend likes him. She knows I like him but still I want us to be friends again to talk! what should I do?

Talk to them both about the situation. Tell him and her what you want and see what they say, nothing is going to be sorted out unless you do something about it.
