Douching is bad for your health, because it disturbs the normal chemical balance of the vagina.

This is a process most females do to clean and cleanse the vaginal area it a mixture of Vinager and purified/ distilled water that is used that flush the bacteria from your genital area. Most girls start doing this either when they begin their period or when they become sexually active (every few months or so)
