Im 16 and my boyfriend is 15 but he isnt circumsized but he is very clean, we want to have sex butt we cant get a condom on and he says it hurts when the skin is pulled down to far,, im not on birth control cuzz I havnt gotten my period yet and im not...

Why wont the condom go on? There's actually a medical condition where the foreskin can be too tight, it might be called phimosis, or something related to it. I would suggest he seek medical advice if the foreskin doesn't retract properly with an erection.

both good advice. and you probably shouldn't go on birth control if you haven't had your period. I dunno much about that stuff but my guess is that pills would just mess up your system. Maybe he should ask his doctor or someone he knows who might be able to help. When it comes to sex it's better to just ask.

dont get on birth control and have him go to a doctor.
