Pouch belly
This condition is a result of many things, but above all it is an abundance of body fat.
If the problem is still present after body fat is lowered, then the problem is usually due to week lower abdominal muscle, tight hamstrings and lower back which cause a forward rotation of the pelvis. Correction is done by reduction of body fat, strengthening lower abdominal area, and increasing the flexibility of the lower back and hamstrings area. Exercises for this body flaw are tucks and crunches and stretches involving the back of the legs and lower back.

I've already asked this question once, but I messed up on it.
I really need to lose my lower stomach fat or 'pouch'. I've been eating a lot better, and I do krunches whenever I have time. I jog down my road a lot too, so what else can I do?
