used to be a ska band). Hes way better than our first drummer. we want to keep our first drummer in the band because hes a hard worker and he was in the band at the very begging. what insturment/position should we put him at. or is it possible to have two drummers and one be good and the other do a simple beat?

you can try getting them together and having them combine their styles. that's happened with some bands I know, and it really works out. plus, it's something new; you may start a new trend. GOOD LUCK!
