My back hurts from leaning over the laptop..

My back hurts from leaning over the laptop.. and I try to sit back... but it doesn't really help much.

hmm. try to sit up striaghter? or maybe dont lean on anything at all? lol.

Noting serious. Don't lean over the lap top and your problem should disapear. Maybe have a hot bath to relax.

Why don't you try lying on your stomach whilst using it?
Or sit on a chair so your back is straight up against the back of it
You should have your laptop on a table whilst doing that,
so you don't have to balance it on your lap.

You should probably be sitting at a desk if you have one. Sitting in a chair will encourage you to sit straighter and offer back support. You can also buy stands to place laptops on that raises them off the desk so you feel as though you're looking at a desktop monitor.

If you need to sit in a bed to view your laptop look into buying what they call a husband pillow. It's like a chair in that it has back support and arm rests.

my dad does this because he works all day on a computer. He got a big exercise ball like you use working out and sits on that when he works at his desk. It forces you to sit up straight to keep your balance.

Happens to me all the time lol
