I am sorry and might sound ignorant but I have to spill the honest answer. Tell your boyfriend to man the hell up. Talk to him to find out what's wrong. Communication should be prioritized before sex.

Wow! If you have had sex before and all of a sudden he doesn't want to have sex then there are only 3 reasons that he doesnt want to anymore

1. there is something physically unattractive about you that he realized recently

2. something about him physically has changed recently (could be a rash, std, a simple scar, etc.)

3. he's cheating on you and doesn't want the chance of you finding out

I'm sorry, but one of those are probably the answer and gosh, any of those are probably not a good thing. try to talk to him about it.

Oh wow that may be a different case. He may feel insecure with himself because of a recent reason with his body. Or the fact that he cheated on you may be true.
