theres no fast way, you just need pure discipline and dedication to your goal, if you want to begin working out just do a lot of body weight training first like pull-ups ,squats, push-ups,those kind of stuff, eat six portion meals a day,dont skip meals because this will lower your metabolism which means you burn fat slower than usual, dont be afraid to eat a lot but keep in mind that you need to eat healthy. if you want to take your workout to the next level lift heavier weights with low repetitions, workout every part of your body each day leaving 1 or 2 days of rest
depends if you got good genetics, I got good genetics and in about 3 weeks I got a lot bigger than I was the weeks before
if your skinny then its gonna be a lot harder cause when you sleep your body goes into a catabolic state where it starts breaking down muscle/protetin for energy, but theres supplements that stop that like CELLMASS, good diet is all you need to get more muscular
