haha yeah you wont really develop muscle mass untill like sixteen. At your age your still growing so muscle is hard to develop. However your body will tone well. Eat lots of protien (real protein like steak, eggs, meat, etc not the powder) and lift light weights. Dont try anything too heavy otherwise you could damage your growth plates. I'd say no more than the bar on the bench press and 20 pound free weight. If you cant do at least 10 reps reduce the weight. Anything plymetric (push ups, sit ups, planks, chin up,etc) are good too. Work out every second day to build maximum muscle mass. Working out every day will cause muscle scarring and result in overall smaller musclees for the rest of you're life. This will give you an excellent base for later when the testostrone REALLY kicks in and you become jacked.
