If I lowered my calorie intake would I lose muscle weight? What if I kept lifting weights and running?

yes, lowering your caloric intake would cause muscle mass loss. the more you exercised, the more muscle mass you would lose.

you dont lose muscle mass when yuo run, where are you from, what to do to keep, and increase mucle weight is eat lots of protein and calorie rich foods, and excersice.

yes you will loose muscle, less calories then what you burn daily will give you a deficite of energy required, your body takes it out of fat first, once there is absolutly no fat left it will target muscle.

In general, yes. Calories are essential to muscle formation. Instead of cutting back on food, increase your weight training and focus on healthy calories (complex carbs, and nonsaturated fats - fish and whole grain breads) rather than low quality calories (simple sugars and saturated fats - fires and a soda)
