muscles weigh more!!! so if you play a lot of sports and tend to weigh more you cud just be stronger!!! and helthier!!!

you should rephrase your questions because you put 1 lb for both of them, which would mean they weigh the same. but muscle weighs more than fat.

See, thank you all for your answers. This is actually a trick question that I really just wanted to see how many people actually use their mind. One pound is one pound, equal in weight, not necessarily size. I could have asked which weighs more: 1 lb of feathers or 1 lb of rocks, either way you look at it, its one pound regardless. So there you have it folks... One pound of muscle weighs the same as one pound of fat.
