I don't want to be the next Schwarzenegger or anything, I just have weak arms. I never really used them that much, most sports I did was soccer and horse riding etc, where you use your legs a lot more. I have strong legs but a weak upper body and am below average height and am about the same height as my parents, have been for about 2 years at least. So basically I have leg muscles but need to be a bit taller so that Im average height and need way more upper body strength.
The reason I want this, is I want to really get into motorbike racing (supersports) and turning a 200kg bike at 50k is easy as p*ss, turning it at 150 takes more muscle and at 250+ I cannot bring bike down(because bike wants to go straight due to gyroscpic effect) so the faster you go the more strength needed to turn, and you have to be able to get down one side, knee on ground then to other side really really fast.

Muscle/growth?

I have heard that if you gain muscle by doing weights, that it could stunt your growth?
I need a bit more of both. Both my parents are on the short side. I need the arms a bit stronger than the average person but I need to be average height (maybe a little more than average would be ideal).
Is this myth really true?
How can I help my body grow?
Also, what is the correct method for weights. As in, warm-ups-warm-downs, Any foods water I should have before, during or after?
I am willing to go the extra mile for this.
