Muscle gain

Hey, I have recentally started the gym cuse I want to get toned for the summer, but I have noticed a lot of muscle starting to build up, I know you gain muscle and burn fat after a period of time, but how do you get legs without big bulks of muscle at the back of my legs.

You being a woman I would say there is only so much muscle you can build. I wouldn't worry about it unless you start out lifting more weight than the men in your gym :P

But I would recommend good cardio, with light weight, high reps.

haha the guys in the gym would laugh there heads of if they saw me doing weights lol.
aww ill stick with cardio, I usually do running to.

Yeah women can't put on too much muscle for the simple fact that they aren't meant to that's why you see those super buff women but they take all kinds of crazy supplements to get that way. Besides guys like the nice thick muscular legs ;-D In the military it's not weird to see women lift weights and they aren't manly at all. If anything I think it makes them look more petite.
