Best to go to the gym, they have people there who will help you train and also a variety of work out equipment for you to use (: Although before you start the gym, you should maybe try jogging every day to get yourself fit enough. Also, take up a sport, like soccer or tennis, or badminton or trampolining, and you'll find they'll help you become healthier and get more muscular / athletic.
well drink lots of water don't not drink any soda at all or juice or any thing thats has suger eat regulary cause if you don't eat ull gain more wait like that , and do lots of excersices it really good walk even going dancing is good ull lose wait like a week do lots of dancing even if you don't know how to just make up your own moves but make sure that it hurts and if it hurts when your dancing thats good cause that burn calories also don't eat lots of junk foood cause thats get you fat you could eat it once a day but not stuff the box in your mouth cause then your in trouble, trust me on this I had the same promblem I waited 200 thn I lost weigth now I weigth like 163 so do what I told you and you well be fine
